Unit Code
Your unit code is a five-digit number assigned by your PTA. The first two digits of the code indicate your region. For instance, the Central Hudson region of New York is number 04. If you are in the Central Hudson region, your unit code might be something like this, e.g. 04-357. You can find all region numbers in the region drop-down list on the previous page. The last 3 digits are your PTA number.
