Membership Dues Deadline is March 31!
All membership cards must be accounted for by March 31. Checks for dues
payments should be accompanied by a
Dues Payment Form and must be received in the NYS PTA office by March
31.
Please make sure PTA checks have TWO signatures! All unused, voided or
damaged cards must be returned to your
Region Membership Chair
accompanied by the
Reconciliation Sheet/Awards Application that was sent in your February
mailing packet – also by March 31. For more information on this process,

Membership Awards Applications Are Now Online!
In order to expedite the awards process, the Community Involvement, 100%
Teacher, and Focus on Father awards can now be applied for online! Click

Background
Since its organization in 1897, NYS PTA has long been recognized as a
powerful force working for children. Did you know that when you join the
PTA, you immediately become a member of both the state and national
associations as well as your local unit? It is through membership in the New
York State and National PTAs that you, your unit, and, most importantly,
your children will benefit. You will add your voice to over 305,000 members
in New York State.

get ideas and information to run a successful membership drive.
